Young People and Drugs – Early Intervention and Harm Reduction Webinar

Scottish Drugs Forum are hosting a Webinar on Zoom on Wednesday 29 January, 13.00 – 14.15 to explore Planet Youth, a community wide approach to encourage and enable people to use data and evidence to create better, healthier environments for young people, supporting healthier choices around substance use.

This webinar will look at the application of this approach in Scotland and the progress made.   Alison Crocket, Head, Whole Systems Unit, Drug Policy Division, Scottish Government will chair and present on the context and aims of the Planet Youth process in Scotland. Zahra Hedges, CEO of Winning Scotland, will present on the implementation and achievement of Planet Youth in Scotland’s local communities. Plus the direct experience of frontline service providers in supporting harm prevention.
