This session will be focused on practice to support the implementation of MAT Standards 3 (Assertive Outreach and Anticipatory Care) and 8 (Independent Advocacy and Social Support), providing examples of good practice where housing, homelessness and addiction teams are working well together and the impact of this. Representatives from housing and other areas will discuss how to engage with colleagues at a local level and the potential impact that improved collaborative working across sectors could have on those who are seeking our support.
