This is a multiagency training session

Learning Objectives:

Participants will have:
ï‚· Awareness of LGBT+ population data
ï‚· Increased knowledge of relevant terminology
ï‚· Understood the importance of language
ï‚· Increased knowledge of the lived experience of some LGBT+ YP in Scotland, in and out of school
ï‚· Knowledge of LGBT+ workforce
ï‚· Had an opportunity to reflect
ï‚· Understood better what is meant by inclusive practice
ï‚· Considered current Scottish policy and legislation
