Roadmap for Creating Trauma-Informed and Responsive Change

The Improvement Service, in partnership with the Scottish Government, COSLA, NHS Education for Scotland and Resilience Learning Partnership, is hosting an online webinar to:

• Provide an introduction to the Roadmap: how and why it was developed, the tools/ guidance it includes, and an overview of how it can support your team/ service/organisation with embedding a trauma-informed and responsive approach; and

• Share learning from the Scottish context around how a range of services/organisations are using the Roadmap to support them in their journey towards embedding a trauma-informed and responsive approach.

The webinar is open to anyone with an interest in embedding a trauma-informed and responsive approach in your own service/ organisation, including colleagues working in: public, third/ voluntary and private sectors; commissioning and funding organisations; inspection, regulatory and improvement bodies; and Elected Officials and Community Planning Partnerships.

If you’d like to attend, please register here. If you have any questions or accessibility requests, please get in touch: trauma@improvementservice.org.uk

Care Opinion Logo

Health & Social Care North Lanarkshire has signed up to Care Opinion, a website which allows patients to share their stories online.

Care Opinion is an independent, not-for-profit, website that gives patients and carers a way of voicing what they think of the services they receive.

We will listen to positive and negative comments and respond to those in a way that is honest, supportive and constructive.

We will use this feedback to make our services in North Lanarkshire the best they can be.
