Online sessions are for frontline staff and volunteers working in North Lanarkshire supporting people who are struggling with money worries/financial crisis.  

Learning objectives include:   

  • Raising the issue of financial matters.   
  • Know which financial advice and support options are available locally/nationally.   
  • Feel confident to support individuals to access advice and support services   
  • Understand the impact of financial insecurity on a person
