NES Psychology Directorate in conjunction with SACC is delighted to be offering this webinar.
“Towards a shared understanding of psychosocial interventions for alcohol and other substance use.”
Target Audience:
This event has been developed to support managers and frontline workers from health and social care, voluntary sector and other key services who are working with people who have dependency issues related to alcohol and other substances and who feel a shared understanding of psychosocial interventions is important for services working together.
This webinar is aimed at managers and frontline workers from health and social care, voluntary sector and other key services who are interested in exploring psychosocial interventions within the context of alcohol and other substance use.
It will be a mix of presentations and short interactive activities and will cover: exploring our own understanding of psychosocial interventions; how different literature and policy guidelines define psychosocial interventions; what psychosocial interventions look like in practice and how any information shared on the day has shaped our understanding.
