National Collaborative – Call for Evidence

The National Collaborative launched a Call for Evidence to gather views from around Scotland about peoples experiences of substance use and human rights.

Between May and August 2023, this brought together more than 650 people affected by substance use, their families and people working across a wide range of services. We are pleased to share the analysis of the responses which will help to inform the development of the draft Charter of Rights and Implementation Framework. Thanks again to everyone who contributed.

Attend the launch of the draft outline of the Charter of Rights. Registration opens at 10 am and there will be an informal lunch and networking opportunity from 12.30 pm.

This event marks the start of the next phase which will involve a public consultation on the Draft Outline Charter, Implementation Framework and Toolkit. It is also an opportunity for all those involved to be updated on progress and invited to contribute to the plans for 2024.

Care Opinion Logo

Health & Social Care North Lanarkshire has signed up to Care Opinion, a website which allows patients to share their stories online.

Care Opinion is an independent, not-for-profit, website that gives patients and carers a way of voicing what they think of the services they receive.

We will listen to positive and negative comments and respond to those in a way that is honest, supportive and constructive.

We will use this feedback to make our services in North Lanarkshire the best they can be.
